Return Policy

We want for all our customers to be happy with everything they purchase from us. If you are not satisfied and need to return your items, we will give full credit, provided you follow these guidelines:

All of our watches, jewelry, and accessories are brand new and are inspected before shipping.

In order to expedite service and allow better business, we offer 14 days returns. Why only 14 days? Why not 30? Your merchandise after 30 days most likely won't be good for return and you would like your money back in less time. Also, we would like our merchandise back in a saleable condition as soon as possible.

We offer a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee in all our merchandise except *custom orders. Returns must be received within 14 days after your receipt of our shipment. All returned products must be in brand-new, saleable condition, with manufacturer's packaging, tags, instruction booklets, warranty cards, etc. Products showing any signs of wear or use cannot be returned. We are not responsible for returns that are damaged in transit.

When you receive your product, please make an initial inspection of the item to make sure that it is in perfect working condition before wearing, removing any tags or protective wrappers. Once any item has been worn, sized, or tags have been removed, the item can no longer be returned.

For any watches purchased, if you notice a mechanical problem, please contact the manufacturer to have the watch serviced under the manufacturer's warranty. We cannot accept the return of any watch that has been worn or sized under the premise that it was received that way.

Once the item arrives in our office an inspection will be made by one of our inspectors. The inspection period takes no longer than three business days. Any watch or jewelry with signs of being worn or altered will not be accepted for credit. In the case your watch or jewelry failed the inspection; it is considered a back return and subject to normal shipping deduction. We will then ship the watch or jewelry back to you.
Jewelry or items that were special ordered, altered, cut or manufactured to your specifications cannot be accepted for credit or exchange. Keep this in mind when placing your order.
